SPAM on Biglake411

There has been an abnormally high amount of spammers hitting Biglake411 lately.
If you see some that didn't get caught by the spambot, please click the triangle with a ! in it on the upper right of the posting that contains SPAM or contact and admin. or a moderator.
This is also true for SPAM in a posters signature or a members website spamming Biglake411.

I was talking about people signing up for this forum and posting spam on here. Lots of spammers from overseas signing up at nite and spamming boards or having spam links in signature.

I just installed some new spambot counter measures that should put a stop to most of this. Most of the spam is computer generated programs that create accounts & then plaster ads all over their posts. These are fairly easy to stop.

Good. They r coming from IPs all over the world. Started in Asia, now out of Europe...

not to spam but i use zb block .. it really kills the new Russian spam bots amd most china ones too sence installing it on my forum i have had 0 spam and to date it has blocked close to 5000 spammers
